Me and my wife have been trying since a year but unable to conceive. I just got my semen analysis done and the report is sperm count 40 total motility 60 progressive motility 22 morphology 08 my wife is 36 and done all tests which are normal including hormonal blood tests .tsv and hsg too. Can you please help and advice if the semen report is fine to conceive.
