Oil pulling is very effective for maintaining hygiene, it resolves gum problems to some extent if in initial stages but it cannot resolves cavity. Tooth cavity means tooth enamel is broken, tooth enamel has no blood supply so it cannot regenerate. If you are having cavities please go to some nearby dentist and get it restored else it will lead to tooth nerve involvement and you have to undergo root canal treatment.
