I'm 25 years old with lean pcod and having ovacare hd and clomifene from past 10 months, i'm unable to conceive. All my vitals are perfect with 30 days cycle. Please suggest a treatment to conceive.

Hi. You have not told us about husbands sperm count. Kindly share your scan report. Folllicular moitoring and targeted intercourse only on ovulation period can give a result in fertility period.

Hai.. If your scan shows noticable polycystic ovaries, 30 days cyclesmay not always be ovulatory (egg producing cycles). So firstly, were you taking clomiphene citrate blindly or were your cycles monitored? Try taking Letrozole from day 5 instead of clomiphene from day 2or3. In PCO, male hormones dominate and fasting insulin is high.. so despite being lean, you will need to work out early in the mornings everyday to burn calories.. Also make sure your husbands semen and other aspects including performance are up to the mark.. Best wishes..
