My father is hospitalised for cellulitis and increased pus cell in urine culture and monocef and mikacin injection are continued as he is heart and valve patient also and had diabetes too, but his fever is not going down whenever calpol is given it is 99 for sometimes and then again it is 100 or above 100. What should be done for it?

Hello, Please get a blood culture done through which we can come to know accurately that which antibiotics are working on the infection to reduce fever and cellulitis. So that the infection can be treated and healed as early as possible.
