So she told me to take t ovral l on 5 the day of my period till 21 days so that I get next period on time. So she asked me to dis for 3 months to make my periods regular. And when 3 months get over she asked me to come and meet as soon as the last period gets over. Now the problem is I hav been taking this tablet for 10 days now. 1st few days I din hav problem but now when I take the tab at night .mid night by 2 or by 3 I feel like vomiting then restlessness and I do not feel like having so much food. Its as if like some stone kept in my stomach. Past 2 to 3 days am feeling vomiting and wat not. Wat should be done. My doc said take gelusil and try to have t ovral l in btwn meals at bite. In PCOS, the first treatment is weight control. It's sometimes difficult to regularise periods without Medicine in PCOS. You should start ovulation induction which will regularise periods and will also improve the chance of pregnancy. But if you are taking these medicines, it's important to check for TVS Folliculometry to know if you are actually ovulating.

There are other alternatives to ovral. You can request your doctor to prescribe an alternative medicine. Or for more details you can contact me.
