My baby kid 2 years/ 3 months old but she is not speaking any words excepting papa, she is normally in other activities like play, run, crying, copying by tongue in / out, eating/ drinking etc. We don't understand that either she had in hearing or speaking problem or she is normal. As time rising we hesitate or we had to consult a doctor. Please tell us. Thx.
