I am 46 year old female who has been under treatment of schizophrenia since past 10 years. Right now I am taking palido 1.5 mg and buspin 5 mg. My condition has been stable since many years and my doc had asked me to stop buspin 5 mg. When I gradually stopped it I started feeling bad and very dehydrated and like something was missing in my brain. Its like brain food for me plus it use to keep my mood good with good thoughts. I feel bad without it. I want to stop both medicines now but feel bad without them. What should I do and how should I stop them.

Don't be in an urge to stop medications and feel bad, rather take them correctly and with psychiatrist advise and feel comfortable too. They just normalise your brain neurotransmitters and keep it comfortable. All the best.
