Dear doctor, if I got a nail scratch from a person who is bitten by rabid dog. I don't know his vaccination status but no rabies symptoms arise. Then is there any possibility of transmission of rabies to me in this situation?

Rabies cannot spread from man to man. Transmission is generally through a bite from an infected animal or by intaking saliva by any means. Transmission between humans is extremely rare, although it can happen through organ transplants, or through bites.
