My penis frenulum is thick and tight when my penis is erect. I feel pain when I have intercourse without condom. When I use condom I don?t get any pain. I can pull my skin down completely but when it is erect the frenulum is thick and does?t allow my skin to completely come down. This is not foreskin problem. This is frenulum problem. What should I do? Should I go for surgery?

You need to correct your frenulum by surgery. A foreskin that is tight enough to restrict movement is commonly known as a frenulum breve. ... While circumcision can help this condition, frenuloplasty is a specialized technique that seeks to treat solely this condition while preserving the foreskin.
