I am on diabetic medication (10 yrs) metformin 750 mg od glimepiride 1.5 mg od ,sitagliptin 50 mg my hba1c is 5.9 -6.5 ,creatinine is 1.2 my wt is 62 ht 5.5',50 years old bp is 110/70 please guide me ed save 5 mg dosage for ed problem last 2 years.

Hello, Thanks for the query.Your HbA1c% looks to be quite good, suggesting well controlled diabetes. However, in many patients with long standing diabetes, ED does develop. This is because diabetes affects microvasculature, hence blood supply to penile muscle leading to ED. The tablet that you are taking is good one. You can continue the same as and when required. Too frequent usage should be avoided. Thanks.
