I have pain in my left side testicle which is extending upto my lower abdomen till my left side waist .on slight movement or touching pain is felt in the left side while on the right side everything is fine. There is no swelling as far I have visually observed .is this a infection or something else .i have consumed zerodol sp for pain .what should I go for antibiotics or go for a specialist.
