I?m suffering from recurrent miscarriages and we have done all the blood works including karyotyping and genetic carrier testing all are normal and hsg also normal I have pcos and I used metformin and vaginal progesterone also for current pregnancy and my current pregnancy seems abnormal due to large yolk sac and less growth for the fetal pole and less cardiac activity and my question why is happens .why yolk sac seems abnormal this is happen for the second time.

A large yolk sac gives you an abnormal pregnancy outcome. Its due to abormal baby which is yet to form. We need to do subsequent ultrasound to know its outcome.

Just wait and rescan after 2 weeks. If unfortunately that also shows the same, then we need to end this pregnancy. In next pregnancy, we can try "empirical treatment" with some drugs that may improve the chance of live birth.
