I was diagnosed with hypertension around 9 months back as my bp was 150/100. I first took telmisartan 40 mg then muktsvati for one month only a single tablet in a day .my bp dropped to 110/70 or even 100/60 some time. Then I stopped taking muktsvati too. I purchased Dr. trust bp monitor and monitored bp at home. My bp fluctuate from 100/60 to 116/80. But if I feel anxious or stressed it raises to 134/95. What should I do should I take medicine or not. Actually there is a phobia in my mind that my bp is high if I see a little higher no. Like 124/87 I feel anxious and bp raises to more higher nos. please guide me.
