My was diagnosed bilateral grade 1parenchymal changes in kidneys. Her serum creatinine 1.3 mg/dl, uric acid 6. 3, hemoglobin 10.9,ser protein 8.8,spot urine protein 28, spot urine creatinine 153 ratio0. 18 mg, non diabetic, no uti, her ser creatinine 3 months back was 1.8 after 3 months medication it is now 1.3 ,no infections in urine ,bun 11, ser bicarbonate 26.9 medication cinod 10 mg, q ten tab, iron supplements is her condition improving? Medication are ok?

Yes, Her condition is improving as her serum creatinine levels have decreased, she should continue taking the medicines prescribed. Follow your doctor's advice. Get her bp monitored regularly, her bp is very detrimental for kidneys. She should take a pinch of salt and a protein-restricted diet. Should not take any painkillers. Self-medication of any medicine should not be taken. Before taking any medication consult your doctor.
