4 months back my kid foreskin was tiny. While passing urine he passes like fountain we consultant an urology and gave momate steroid cream. We applied and it works well for time being and foreskin hole looks normal. From 2 days onwards again hole has become tiny and this time doctor suggested for circumcision. Please let me know if any other method to cure without circumcision. Will there be any major impact if I don't go for circumcision. He is 3 years 6 month old now.
