My daughter age 5 getting continuous cough after 7 pm mostly she do not have cold when took to doctor they say it might be due to infection (laryngitis bronchitis) but only medicine which control her cough is monticope. My concern is how long should I keep giving her this cough medicine? I started to give this medicine whenever she get continuous, cough but it works for a day only. Please advise.
