I am 27 year old lady and I have problems for piles, I used pilex cream but no effect and the pile size is increased. Please suggest medicine.

Treatment of piles depends upon the degree of disease. Probably it is of higher grade that's why ointment is not working. Kindly sit in warm water with betadine and take 15 ml of cremaffin gel at bedtime. It should help, but get in touch with a nearby surgeon to know the grade.

Hello early piles can be managed by conservative treatment but advanced piles do not usually respond to medicines. Get yourself examined by a surgeon or a proctologist. Till then do following things foe 10 days and see the results. 1. Take lots of fluids and fruits/ veggies. 2. Sit in warm water tub thrice a day 3. Apply dobesoft cream thrice a day. 4. Take tab dobirit twice a day. 5. If you are constipated then take two spoons of softovac granules bed time with water. Get back to me with the results regards.
