Hello sir please guide me. I had unprotected sex with an unknown lady 35 days before. After 28 days of exposure I have gone through 4th generation hiv duo combo test which was negative with value 0.43 and antibody test after 30 days at govt hospital which was also non reactive. Now please tell me how much I am secure of hiv infection.
