Hello Mam. Understood your query. I would like to ask you what are the timings of your daily breakfast and lunch. If the gap is too long, try having a small brunch between 10: 30 - 11 am. You will not get tremors. Is it associated with anxiety, sweating also? Please try the above remedy and see the difference. Thank you. Wishing you good health.
