Sir .i take my lpt 6 months before tg was 440 .then Dr. prescribed me stanlip 145 .after some months I feel good .but nowadays I have chest pain and headaches .but ecg and bp is normal .sir I need suggestion please.

Headache can be due to tab stanlip itself sometimes, as its a side effect. But also due to various other reasons like hypertension, migraine etc. For chest pain get a tmt done.
