Hi, I am 32 year old and married in month of jan 2019. I am trying to conceive from last 3 months. My period is irregular from 4 months. In feb my period date is 19, march 21, april 27 and may 29. Let me know the reason for irregular period, date of evaluation, and during sex my vagina is very dry. Please help me I am very confused and best position for sex to conceive fast. I have some problem in last year in month of april, I had continues 12 days bleeding during period and heavier clots. Dr. prescribed me cause of regestrone for 3 months and some vitamins.

Getting children is a long process. ?even for a healthy, fertile couple, the 'per month' success rate is around 15-20%, so it is not at all uncommon for it to take some months to conceive. Overall, around 70% of couples will have conceived by 6 months, 85% by 12 months and 95% will be pregnant after 2 years of trying.? eventually it will happen. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. U need to do intercourse from 9th day of her cycle (counting first day of period a s day 1), to 15th day of periods. Do every day or every alternate day for more details you can consult me.

Hello lybrate-user, your period's date is just irregular for a few days. Have you got your thyroid test serum prolactin amh blood sugar ultrasound pelvis if you want to conceive fast?
