Hii doctor, I am 17 years old (male) and about to be 18 in 2 months, I want to increase my height anyhow to 6 ft 1 inch, I am 5 ft 9 inch, 63 kg. I have just started practising yoga and doing stretching exercises like hanging at least for 15 minutes on the daily basis, my diet is good as well. My forefathers and relatives are tall enough (5,11-6) but my father is 5 ft 8 inch tall and mom is 5 ft 5 inch. Is there any possibility to grow taller. What would you like to suggest me to add on my daily routine for height increment.
