Dear doctors i'm male unmarried age-31. I don't masturbate and I don't have a nocturnal emission either, so i'm feeling physically more strong and active. My question is, what is the extreme danger of low androgen secretion in men? What is the extreme danger of high androgen secretion in men?

In the media, this is sometimes referred to as the male menopause (andropause). Low testosterone levels can cause mood disturbances, increased body fat, loss of muscle tone, inadequate erections and poor sexual performance, osteoporosis, difficulty with concentration, memory loss and sleep difficulties. In both males and females, too much testosterone can lead to precocious puberty and result in infertility.
