Hi. I understand your concerns. For chronic sinusitis regular steam inhalation and intranasal corticosteroid will give you relief. see a pulmonologist /allergist for the same. For dog bite since it was a stray dog and you had blood after bite complete schedule of vaccine along with anti rabies immunoglobulin is recommended.
