Hello doctor, I am 20 years old boy. From 15-20 days, I am facing frequent urination, lower abdomen pain (mild), pain in joints (ankles, wrist, shoulders, hand, thighs, left lower back). Also I was regularly masturbating before this problem happened. Now my treatment is ongoing, the continuous abdominal pain is gone but it pains gradually. I have continuous urine sensations. Also I have a weak urine start as well dribbling after the urination. I have tested urine 2 times the results are as follows: 1st test: pus cell 4-5, epithelial cell 4-5. And second test done recently, pus cell 1-2, epithelial cell 2-3. I never done a sonography. I have also burning sensation and mild pain in area of bladder and stomach after I urinate. My doctor is giving me painkillers and a brown liquid which I take with water, I think this is to stop urination. Also when I take this I relief for only 2-3 hours than problem of urination starts again is there is any danger of cancer or this is normal infection.
