Hi im a around 43 a few weeks I started to urinate a reddish color. While that went away in a few days. I started to bloat and have allot of gas and that went away. Now my stomach growls regardless if im hungry or not. And when I got tot the restroom my stool is red sometimes. A few days later it goes away and then comes back. Please help no health insurance. Hello, Red urine means blood in urine and so red stools means blood in stools. Please visit a local hospital and get yourself investigated asap. Get usg abdomen done for any stone is kidney or bladder.
