If you don't get menses atleast once every 2 months, take sysron ncr to get menses. Since you have pcod, your cycles are gonna be delayed. Ideally you need to change your lifestyle for long term solution like, regular 20-30 min moderate intensity workout, healthy diet, weight reduction.
