Hi doctor it has been 1 months since I have inflamed pappilae and it does not cause any problem. I can eat food normally. Without pain. But in the tastebuds there is redness and small red dot in front of tongue. The taste buds on side of the tongue got redness.

Vit b12 deficiency might be check blood for vit. B12 apply glycerine and folic acid paste twice daily avoid chillies in diet.
