Hello doctor I missed period for 6 weeks, and I got positive pregnancy results so I decided to abort my embryo, I consult a doctor she was advice me to medical abortion first day mifepristone tablet and next day misoprostol tablet (through vagina) over 27 hours, still I didn't get bleeding please suggest me when the bleeding is start.

Hello .. Hope you have done a USG before taking the medications for medical abortions .. Usually misoprostol tablets are used 48 hours after taking mifepristone.. Usually bleeding starts 3 to 4 hours of taking misoprostol tablets.. You may require to repeat the treatment after proper evaluation..

hello kamladevi . i think you did not get bleeding because you did not take the correct dose of the abortion tablets . misoprostol tabl;ets are four in number and to be taken 48 hours after mifepristone
