Hi. I am a 21 years old girl and had unsafe sex yesterday night and it was my 5th day of period with no bleeding at all. I am suffering from pcos, but from the last two times, I am observing that my periods are occurring in a cycle of 41 days. However, it's not so every time. Also, I consumed an emergency contraceptive pill in march end. I don't want to get pregnant. What should I do? Should I take an emergency contraceptive pill again? Or will doing nothing will also work?

If it was fifth day counted from first day of bleeding you can avoid taking emergency contraceptive as chance is very very low of pregnancy on such day. Just observe for your next period (hoping no fresh sex happens)
