I used to be the topper of my class till 12th std. But when I joined engineering college, there are most of them brilliant and super-extraordinary students. And I feel that I stand nowhere among them and I feel inferior to them. To raise my iq to the peak level, I started acupressure techniques, consumed brahmi tablets for 17 weeks, I read literature videos/books, attended psychotherapy to deal with anxiety, started playing cognitive training activities games, not eating too much junk food, etc but I still feel they used to concentrate more and remember things faster as compared to me. But I had watched sandeep maheshwari show, in one of the session he told that to do/start anything, we need to have a big reason/purpose. So I feel that I can use the power of my breakup as a purpose to earn success. I had experienced 2 times breakup in which they both threatened to file a police complaint & one of them allegedly disrespected my parents in front of the church. My parents begged to her (my parents literally bowed down to them, touching her legs requesting her not to file a fake police complaint). And at the end, she told to my parents that because your son is insane/mad, I am not going to file a complaint. But trust me. I am mentally and physically normal! not only she threatened me to file a fake police complaint but also threatened that she will tell the principal that I harassed her so that I can get rusticate from the college. What steps should I follow religiously so that I can use my breakup pain as a purpose to reach excellence?

My dear friend you can be ahead in many thing and many parameter probably you are, sit down and count your blessings. Since you were topper means there were many below you did they went crazy to cross you. Please accept there are certain limitation. Can we talk then I can explain you better. Hello librate user, the video that you say was to motivate people to accept their failour and take it positively that it is path to success. You need counseliing to deal with breakup. At present you are comparing yourself with other students, you need to set up your goal in life and work towards it currently you are looking at others n not the self. Morning walks as well as gym will help you. Similarly pursue any hobby that you have alimg with 10 min breathing excersire daily at night.
