Hello, Thanks for the query. The tablet mentioned is a multivitamin and mineral combination. It is just a supplement like many others. It has absolutely no clear established role in helping ovulation. There is no proven clinical evidence. In a lady with hypothyroidism it is absolutely essential to maintain TSH level < 2.5 mU/L for getting ovulation or getting conception. Later during pregnancy too TSH has to be maintained around 2 mU/L for healthy growth of the fetus and for normal outcome of pregnancy. So please understand maintaining TSH at the above mentioned level is more important than taking all other so called helpful drugs. Thanks.
