Hi doc! I am 24 weeks pregnant. My scan shows an increase in fibroid size (posterior wall intramural: 70x57 mm). I also have a fungal subserosa fibroid on the left measuring 54x55 mm (with no change in size). Doc has put me on duvadilan. I have immense lower abdomen pain. Will it settle? Am I at a risk for premature? Too worried please respond. Thanks.
