Hi, my nose is severely blocked. When I force breathe, intense sharp pain is created on my face. When I look up, my eyes hurt from behind, in the center of my temple. I have tried nasal irrigation with distilled saline water, but it keeps coming back. I feel pressure starting from my right nose going all the way to my entire forehead. Help.
