So for almost 4-5 ays i've been feeling mikd pain and discomfort in the left side of my chest shoulder blade arm and pressure in jaw and ear abd mild headache it comes and goes and at night when I try to sleep I feel palpitations which is very uncomfortable but I all asleep after some time and for a month I been having pain in the right side of my chest when I take deep breath though I perform hi it workout without any problem. Lately i've been burping a lot I took pantocid but I don't think it's gas related. Is it aome heart related problem? My bp is 110/80 and my bpm stays within the range of 60-98.
