Dear lybrate-user, all medicines have a side effect. Whether you have side effect or not, will be known only after you take it. 95% of people don't get all the side effects listed. 95% get an only a mild side effect. Your psychiatrist would have explained to you if there is any serious side effect of the tablet. You have to think whether the effect will be better than side effect (it may not come or it may be mild). Panazep 12.5 mg is paroxetine and it does not have any serious side effect.

Panazep 12.5 mg is a combination that is 12.5 mg of paroxetine and 0.5 mg of clonazepam. If it working well for you then it is fine, however it is recommended that you change your medications if you are having excessive dizziness or drowsiness as it may be a bit high of a starting dose for you.
