I take my combined oral contraceptive pill (krimson35) same time everyday (9.30 pm after dinner) and I am on this pill for 2 years without missing a single dose. I am a sunday starter and on sunday i.e on 28th july night I slept early and I couldn't take it at 9.30 pm, instead I took it at 2.30 am (midnight). I am 5 hours late in taking the pill and third week of the pill started on monday i.e on 29th july. I had protected intercourse 6 days ago from the late pill (i.e. On last monday, 22nd july). Will 5 hours delay in taking the pill will lead to ovulation and pregnancy if I do not ve any plans of intercourse again in this cycle? I ve never missed or late in taking the pill earlier? And after how many days it will be safe to ve intercourse again. How late is too late? I started the current cycle of pill on 14th july (sunday) and my last menses was from 10-15th july (wednesday to monday). I generally get my menses in wednesday afternoon after I end the pill pack in each saturday. But I ve not got menses till now. My pilk pack ended on 3rd of august. Is there any chance of conceiving?
