I have acl injury and grade 2 meniscus injury, due to which I was said to have physiotherapy but while doing physiotherapy there is swelling occurring in my knee. Should I continue physiotherapy or give it rest, or please suggest correct physiotherapy exercise. I might be doing wrong. Please respond.

Hi sir, sir give rest to your knee, don't do exercises anything to that knee, wear knee brace while doing activities, avoid prolonged standing sitting and walking, avoid floor sitting, take protein diet in your menu, don't put pressure on that area.
