I am a 53 years old female I recently went for a hepatitis b test my results came out showing hepatitis b surface antigen negative while my hepatitis b total core antibody is reactive. Kindly help am I immune or do I have the virus? Any other further testing needed?

You are immune to the hep b and the report means that you had dome infection in the past by the hepatitis b virus although you may not remember it or was serious to be reflected in your daily life, at the time of infection.
