Mt grandson 5 moths was crying loudly so I consulted doctor who advised to give him babygesic drops four times a day because doctor found redness in one ear. Should I give above drops four times a day?

Yes, you can give. It will reduce the pain, but will not treat the cause of pain. For that you need to revisit paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment, particularly if it persists.
