Is there any effective solution for hiatus hernia acid reflux? Without surgery. My throat always infecting because of acid reflux. Tried many ways to control but no used. Taking sompraz 40 tablets. But no effective result. From 10 years i'm facing this problem. please help me.

I think little modification will help you. 1 .Elevate the head end of your bed by 3 inches by two wooden blocks at the limbs.the gravity will drain the gastric juice downwards. 2. add a gastric pro kinetic along with Sompraz after consultation with your doctor. 3. small and frequent meals, 30 mins walk after meals , specially dinner. hope it will help you.
