Hi Dr. Mai kafi time se workout krta hun. 6,7 years se. Mare lower abdomen me cramp aa jta hai. Jb bhi mai abs train krta hun. Is ka kya reason hai. Or mai ise kase theek kr skta hun. Pls help.
