Hi, I got done my tiffa scan, and doctor found highly resistance flow in right uterine. What does it mean? What can be done to improve this? Earlier doctor suggested me to take ecosprin 75 because of gdm but now increased to 150. Does this high dose (150 mg) of ecosprin is safe in pregnancy, I am 21 week pregnant.

she is right in prescribing ecosprin to prevent intrauterine growth restriction of your baby. As for the dose.. there are latest studies with ,150mg dose but the international guidelines have not changed the dose from 75mg to 150mg yet .. so u can keep taking 75mg.

Its safe. Because you were on ecocporin 75 already which had high resistance still so its no harm to increase to 150. 79 kg is a added factor.
