Sir, I am 22 years old and had a bulbar urethral stricture operation on last 27th july. Then doctor advised me to use a catheter 1 time in every week (by me. Now I am using catheter in every week. But I got some drops of blood (4-5 drops) when I remove the catheter from urethra. Is it a problem? Sir, I still always feel discomfort on my urinary tract. Looks like I need to urinate after finishing urination. But I try to pass urine but a few drops of urine come by giving much pressure and stops and still discomfort works. By this process I can stay 3-4 hours. Is it a overactive bladder problem or urinary tract simply burning problem? Sir, now I am taking urotone 25 mg tablet once in a day. My urine flow (uroflowmetry) is normal. Please, reply me about the above two questions.
