Hi Sir, My upper lips have shown colour discoloration. It has turned white. The lower part of lips is showing white dots. I have ulcer in my tongue and mouth parts. Lower part of tongue has also scars. Kindly let me know what test is suitable in this case. If I take b12 medicines I get relief for some time. Is haemoglobin test essential for me?
