I met an accident and after diagnosed I find my heel hi broken to 4 parts.in medical term doctor told me I have calcenium fracture, they suggested me to get operated, I operated on 11 jan 2019, now call I can say i'm 70 %ok. But still I find stiffness in ankle area and same pain. My flexibility is reduced. Can I ever be normal which I used to before accident. Waiting for honest reply. My doctor told me to do everything. But every time I try to run or play sport I find pain and stiffness. please guide me can I ever be normal.
