Hello, I was recently diagnosed with ebv. My ebv igm test was negative but my ebv igg test was positive (not sure what that means). Before being diagnosed, I was sick for a month with a very bad sore throat, swollen lymph nodes in the neck and armpits, fatigue, white tongue, swollen salivary glands (which started a few weeks before all these symptoms came) etc. They tested me for all stis, negative. Hiv test, negative 27 days after exposure. However, you should know that I tested positive for genital herpes about 8 months ago. However, I have started to feel kind of ill again with fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, still ah e swollen salivary glands, and I have developed a kind of rash. I?m not sure if with ebv these symptoms continue even after most symptoms have subsided.
