I am 5 weeks pregnant and recently suffering from subchrorionic bleeding on left lateral side (size 10x7 mm). Recently I did sonography and found this. Doctor told me to have complete bed rest. Can you please suggest is there specific position do I need to follow will sleeping? Presently sleeping in straight position. Can you please suggest any recommendations for any precaution do I need to take. And can you please suggest me is this dangerous for my up coming baby? I little worried about this. Since last 2 days I haven?t got any bleeding issue but I am having small amount of black fluid and it?s very little in quantity. Does it cause any concern. Please suggest. Size of fetal is 2.1 mm.in sonography no heart beat detected yet? Please advise. Thank you in advance for assisting.

"i am having small amount of black fluid" this is altered blood after subchorionic haemorrhage. You need to have repeat sonography later to confirm condition of baby. Avoiding exertion, doing some extra tests and some do advise some tablets or injections.
