Good morning doctor. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and I was diagnosed with a vaginal bacteria, candida and uti. For candida I have been using nystatin and it is not working. What other medication can I use. I have thick greenish particles coming out of the vagina with a foul smell. I really love to protect my baby. What medicine can I take for the uti, vaginal bacteria and candidiasis. Which antibiotics and yeast medications are safe for a 15 weeks expectant mother. Thanks.

Hi. I understand your situvation however consult a gynac in person and after examination. Correct tablet with proper dosage will cure the problem completely and does not come back. For your problem especially with baby inside always prefer in person consultation.
