I have pain in my throat. Also I am having cold. I am doing gargles thrice a day. Yesterday night I had enocin-b-250. My face was getting warmer so at midnight I had crocin bcz I was feeling restless. Now I am better but should I continue with enocin 250. And how often should I have it in a day.
